Return Policy
No returns after 21 days of original invoice date. All returns will have minimum $5.00 re-stock fee or 25% whichever is greater. Additional handling and shipping fees may apply(Size, Weight etc.). Customer is responsible for shipping parts back to Parts Pit Stop. All returns MUST have a copy of the original invoice and parts MUST be in original packaging. Parts that cannot be returned
- All Electrical parts.
- All decals and stickers.
- All clothing and accessories that has been worn or the tags have been removed.
- Any item that has been installed.
- Any and all items that are not in orginial packaging with part number.
Exchange Policy
No exchanges after 21 days of invoice date. All exchanges for parts, accessories, clothing, helmets, apparel etc will have a 10.00 fee. Customer is responsible for shipping to Parts Pit Stop. Customer must send items back in original packaging with all original tags. Customer will have NO shipping charges for clothing, appearl, etc. that are sent Ground. Exchanges must be authorized before customer returns items via e-mail/phone by Parts Pit Stop Staff. Customer must include all info mentioned or extra charges may apply.
Powers Edge has the option to refuse any returns or exchanges that are in question.
